Install the direct CCX
- Download the NoteCue CCX from your purchase page.
- Double-click the file and approve installation in Creative Cloud Desktop.
- Restart Premiere Pro if it was open.
- Open Window, UXP Plugins, NoteCue.
Find your download or licence key
Your Lemon Squeezy receipt includes both. You can also retrieve the order through Lemon Squeezy My Orders using the email address from checkout.
Activate a licence
Paste the key from your Lemon Squeezy receipt into NoteCue. Each licence supports two active computers. Use Manage licence inside NoteCue or the licence centre to deactivate an old computer.
Markers moved after an edit
Enable Marker, Ripple Sequence Markers in Premiere before ripple changes. After structural edits, select Sync markers in NoteCue before navigating from affected notes.
A marker disappeared after Extract
Premiere can remove sequence markers inside an extracted range. Select Sync markers. NoteCue preserves the note and clears only the missing marker link.
Back up or restore a board
Open NoteCue's menu and export JSON. To restore, choose Import JSON backup and confirm replacement. CSV and Markdown are report formats, while JSON is the full restorable backup.
Licence service unavailable
A recently validated direct licence continues through a limited offline grace period. Check the internet connection and try again. If activation remains blocked, send the exact message and purchase email to support.
